How much do you charge?

Price depends on the size of your property (number of rooms). Professional cleaning is charged on per hour basis. RQC always give you a quote before the job and confirm on site. For large jobs we will arrange a viewing at your property for accurate estimate. Minimum charge is £45. Parking and congestion are chargeable.

How long do carpets dry after the cleaning?

With hot extraction cleaning, drying time is just about 1 hour. This can vary depending on current temperature and humidity in your property.

What if there is some furniture in my property?

The team will move the furnishing and put back after the job is done.

Are you insured against accidental damage?

We avoid and minimise any risks related to carpet cleaning. Our company is fully insured against unlikely case of damage.

I have some bad eperience with cleaning companies. Are you differnt?

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

We believe one or two cleanings per year are ideal, excessive or unpropriate cleaning causes damage.
